Aliza Shapiro has been involved with the festival since 2001. This year she has been involved in programming films and events, connecting the festival with a web developer: Quilted, trailer makers Gina Kamentsky and Peter Pizzi, festival promotion, amongst many other tasks. Shapiro is Co-founder of CineMental which programs experimental film, performance and music, once a month at The Brattle and independently runs Truth Serum Productions.
